When to arrive for your appointment
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will give an opportunity to process any paperwork and have your visit start on time.

What to do in an emergency
In a medical emergency, always call 911 first! The paramedics are prepared for quick response and can provide the emergency transportation services that are often critical for life-saving medical care.

For other urgent medical issues, our doctors are always available 24 hours per day by calling 949-753-7475.

Payment policy
Our practice does not bill insurance companies (except for MediCare and the military-sponsored plans of TRICARE and TriWest) for the services we provide. We expect payment from the patient at the time of service, though we will assist you in filing claim forms and getting reimbursed to the fullest extent. Lab results
Routine lab test results are usually available within 10 days and can be accessed by calling 949-753-5140. A voice recording will report your lab results and tell you if there are any further steps you need to take. If your lab results indicate any significant abnormalities, you will be contacted immediately by one of our physicians or nurses.

Missed appointments
Last minute cancellations and appointment "no shows" prevent other patients from being seen in a timely manner. Therefore, we ask that you notify our office at least 24 hours in advance, if you know that you will be unable to keep your scheduled appointment. In the event of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.

If we are not given at least 24-hours notice of an appointment cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a late fee.
